Heartwarming Eid-ul-Fitr Success and Future Plans

We hope everyone had a lovely Ramadan and Eid! We hope you got a chance to reflect, rest, and celebrate with your loved ones.

Our very first Eid deliveries have been successfully completed. A huge shoutout and thank you to all our donors, volunteers, friends and family for your support, time and prayers for BlessEid. We were able to deliver 41 baskets successfully to deserving little community members via the cooperation of and collaboration with the Assured Family Foundation and Nisa Foundation (Calgary). May Allah accept all our efforts, and we sure hope that the little tokens brought much-needed smiles to the faces of these innocent children.

Please see below some pictures of the baskets and examples of some of the items we selected for them. We hope you are as pleased with the end outcome as we were. Alhamdulillah. 

We hope to continue our endeavours for Eid-ul-Adha 2024. Given the time, resource, and funding constraints, we have set the budget for Eid-ul-Adha at $120 per gift bag and target delivery to approximately 50 children. Therefore, our total budget for Eid-ul-Adha is $6000. We hope you will support us in this final push for 2024 and make it easy for us to complete this task. God willing!

Finally, we are recruiting board members to join the BlessEid team and will shortly introduce you to these remarkable individuals.
